Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across a range of sectors, working with managers as well as their teams to increase performance of their businesses, specifically during times of growth and fast change by creating, aligning and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. As a consultant in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance, employee engagement and changes management. She believes that education is the primary aspect of leadership. The vast experience she has gained with small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes have helped to create organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation that positively affect groups and companies. Annmarie is committed to helping Learning Ally in its mission and also dedicates her spare time to providing support to different non-profit organizations.
